ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW BOARD MEETING

The meeting will be held Monday, April 21, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Hall. Citizens are encour­aged to attend.

Meeting Agenda

•1.          Approval of Minutes of Prior Meeting

•2.          Elect a Chairman and Vice-Chairman for appointment year.

•3.          Consider Application for Building Permit to construct a 20 ft. x 24 ft. carport at 404 North Live Oak.

•4.          Consider Application for Building Permit to construct a 2,700 sq. ft. home and carport at Lot #4 in Round Top Oaks.

•5.          Consider Application for Building Permit to construct a 24 ft. x 70 ft. carriage house/barn at 207 West Mill Street.

•6.          Review letters sent to businesses regarding signs which are not in compliance with City Ordinance. Approve enforcement sequence.
