ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW BOARD MEETING

The meeting will be held Monday, May 19, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Hall. Citizens are encour­aged to attend.

Meeting Agenda

•1.          Approval of Minutes of Prior Meeting

•2.          Consider Application for Building Permit for two signs--one in front and one in the back on Bybee Square--for "The Stone Cellar" at 204 E. Mill Street.

•3.          Consider Application for Building Permit to extend existing porch and to install two signs on building to be "Round Top Tavern" at 306 N. Washington.

•4.          Consider Application for Building Permit for sign-- "Lizzie Lou"--above door of shop at 107 Main St.

•5.          Consider Application for Building Permit to remove garage door and add a window on building at 204 N. Washington.

•6.          Review action of Town Council at the May 5, 2008 Council Meeting in response to concerns expressed by the ARB Board regarding enforcement of laws contained in the Land Use and Architectural Control Ordinance.
