SPECIAL ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW BOARD MEETING

A special meeting will be held Monday, June 23,  2008 at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Hall. Citizens are encour­aged to attend.

Meeting Agenda

•1.          Call to Order and Declaration of Quorum

•2.          Approve Minutes of Prior Meeting

•3.          Consider Application for Building Permit for three signs for "Round Top Fine Cigars" at 204 N. Washington Street

•4.          Consider Application for Building Permit to construct a storage building behind the Round Top Church Christian Fellowship at 440 E. Mill Street

•5.          Consider Application for Building Permit to construct a 40 x 48 ft. garage/game room with front and back porches at 200 Cummins Creek Way in the Round Top Oaks Subdivision

•6.          Consider Application to construct a fence around barn at 403 E. Mill Street

•7.          Consider Application for Building Permit for two 22 in. x 65 in. signs and another 22 in. x 77 in. sign on the Round Top Real Estate at 103 Main St.
