•2.      Consider Application for Building Permit to replace or install several doors, a window and a third sign at the Round Top Triangle at 204 N. Washington.

•3.      Review Two Additions to the Land Use and Architectural Controls Ordinance voted on and approved by the Town Council at the June1, 2009 meeting

•4.      Review a Change to Article X of the Land Use Ordinance regarding Temporary Occupancy Permit (Booth fee) voted on and approved by the Town Council at the June 1, 2009 meeting
