•2.      Approve Minutes of Prior Meeting

•3.      Consider Application for Building Permit to construct a wood deck and tin deck roof on side of home at 507 N. Washington.

•4.      Consider Application for Building Permit to construct a 2,085 sq. ft. farmhouse in Round Top Oaks on Cummins Creek Way, Track Number 3.

•5.      Discussion of utility easements and placement of utility poles on property near 601 Bauer Rummel Road.
