SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING

A special meeting of the Town Council will be held Monday, August 24, 2009 at 8:00 a.m. in the Town Hall. Citizens are encouraged to attend.    

Meeting Agenda:

 

     1. Call to order and declaration of a quorum

     2. Presentations by citizens

     3. Consideration and possible adoption of the Proposed Budget for Fiscal Year 2009/2010

     4. Discuss and propose tax rate for Fiscal Year 2009/2010.

EXECUTIVE SESSION STATEMENT

The Town Council reserves the right to adjourn into executive session at any time during the course of this meeting to discuss any of the matters listed above, as authorized by the Texas Government Code, Section 551.071 (consultation with Attorney), 551.072 (Deliberations about Real Property), 551.073 (Deliberations about Gifts and Donations)
