ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW BOARD MEETING

The meeting will be held Monday, August 21, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Hall. Citizens are encour­aged to attend.

•1.    Approval of Minutes of Prior Meeting

•2.    Consideration and possible approval of Application for Building Permit to construct a pedestrian bridge across the creek at 453 North Washington Street

•3.    Consideration and possible approval of Application for Building Permit for the 6 ft. wood fence on the east side and back of the house at 507 North Washington Street

•4.    Other Business 

 

EXECUTIVE SESSION STATEMENT

The Town Council reserves the right to adjourn into executive session at any time during the course of this meeting to discuss any of the matters listed above, as authorized by the Texas Government Code, Section 551.071 (consultation with Attorney), 551.072 (Deliberations about Real Property), 551.073 (Deliberations about Gifts and Donations)
