ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW BOARD MEETING

The meeting will be held Monday, November 16, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Hall. Citizens are encour­aged to attend.

Meeting Agenda

•1.    Approval of Minutes of Prior Meeting

•2.    Review and possible approval of certain exceptions related to the construction permit for the house and barn at 116 N. White St.

•3.    Consideration and possible approval of Application for Building Permit to refurbish the exterior of Klump's Restaurant including: façade, porch, deck, storage area and parking lot.

•4.    Other Business

  

EXECUTIVE SESSION STATEMENT

The Town Council reserves the right to adjourn into executive session at any time during the course of this meeting to discuss any of the matters listed above, as authorized by the Texas Government Code, Section 551.071 (consultation with Attorney), 551.072 (Deliberations about Real Property), 551.073 (Deliberations about Gifts and Donations)
