ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW BOARD MEETING

The meeting will be held Monday, February 15, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Hall. Citizens are encour­aged to attend.

Meeting Agenda

•1.   Approve Minutes of Prior Meeting

•2.   Consideration and Possible Approval of Application to paint two existing 4ft.x16ft. signs (former Coffee Connection) and install two-sided sign on front of property along Hwy 237 at the Village Green

•3.   Consideration and Possible Approval of Application to install a new sign at the Mill Street entrance of The Historical Society's property and another sign in front of the parking area.

•4.   Consideration and Possible Approval of Application to install a new 16in.x 30in. sign at 204 E. Mill St. (formerly Sgovio's).

5.  Other Business

EXECUTIVE SESSION STATEMENT

The Town Council reserves the right to adjourn into executive session at any time during the course of this meeting to discuss any of the matters listed above, as authorized by the Texas Government Code, Section 551.071 (consultation with Attorney), 551.072 (Deliberations about Real Property), 551.073 (Deliberations about Gifts and Donations)
