TOWN COUNCIL MEETING

 

The regular monthly meeting of the Town Council will be held Monday, March 1, 2010 at 8:00 a.m. in the Town Hall. Citizens are encouraged to attend.

  • 1.   Call to Order and Declaration of Quorum
  • 2.   Approve Minutes of Prior Meeting
  • 3.   Approve Treasurer's Report
  • 4.   Presentations by Citizens
  •       -Update on New American Red Cross Office by Stacey Norris
  • 5.   Discussion and Possible Approval of Encroachment Resolution #2010-02 (Wagner Property)
  • 6.   Discussion and Possible Decision on Round Top Church Christian Fellowship Wastewater Application
  • 7.   Review and Possible Decision on Permit to Build Deck at Klump's Restaurant

EXECUTIVE SESSION STATEMENT

The Town Council reserves the right to adjourn into executive session at any time during the course of this meeting to discuss any of the matters listed above, as authorized by the Texas Government Code, Section 551.071 (consultation with Attorney), 551.072 (Deliberations about Real Property), 551.073 (Deliberations about Gifts and Donations)
