ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW BOARD MEETING

The meeting will be held Monday, March 15, 2010 at

7:00 p.m. in the Town Hall. Citizens are encour­aged to attend.

Meeting Agenda

  1.     Approve Minutes of Prior Meeting

  2.     Consideration and Possible Approval of Application to build a deck behind the Rosenburg Building to cover and protect the grease trap.

  3.     Consideration and Possible Approval of Application to build a 12 ft.x16 ft. room on the house at 207 W. Mill St.

  4.  Other Business

 

 

EXECUTIVE SESSION STATEMENT

The Town Council reserves the right to adjourn into executive session at any time during the course of this meeting to discuss any of the matters listed above, as authorized by the Texas Government Code, Section 551.071 (consultation with Attorney), 551.072 (Deliberations about Real Property), 551.073 (Deliberations about Gifts and Donations)
