ORDER OF ELECTION

An election is hereby ordered to be held on May 8, 2010 for the purpose of electing:

SMALL TAXING UNIT NOTICE

    The Town Council of Round Top will hold a meeting at 8:00 a.m. on September 14, 2009 at the Round Top Town Hall to consider adopting a proposed tax rate for tax year 2009/2010. The proposed tax rate is .0203 per $100 of value.

PUBLIC HEARING

    There will be a Public Hearing on the proposed Budget for the Town of Round Top for fiscal year 2009-2010 on Monday, August 24, 2009 at 8:00 a.m. in the Round Top Town Hall.

    All interested parties are invited to attend.

Economic Development Corporation

A meeting of the Economic Development Corporation will be held Monday, August 3, 2009 at 9:00 a.m. in the Town Hall. Citizens are encouraged to attend.        

SMALL TAXING UNIT NOTICE

      The Town of Round Top will hold a meeting at 8:00 a.m. on September 15, 2008 at the Round Top Town Hall to consider adopting a proposed tax rate for tax year 2008/2009. The proposed tax rate is .0203 per $100 of value.

      The proposed tax rate would increase total taxes in the Town of Round Top by 12.2%.

PUBLIC HEARING

      There will be a Public Hearing on the proposed Budget for the Town of Round Top for fiscal year 2008-2009 on Monday, September 8, 2008 at 8:00 a.m. in the Round Top Town Hall.

      All interested parties are invited to attend.

2007/2008 Proposed Budget

This budget will raise more total property taxes than last year's budget by $536.93, an increase of 13.37%, and of that amount none is tax revenue to be raised from new property added to the roll this year.

LAND USE COMMITTEE MEETING

There will be a meeting of the Land Use Committee on Wednesday, April 25, 2007 at 7:30 p.m. in the Town Hall. Citizens are encouraged to attend.
